Her wife, Maya, doesn't feel secure in their relationship . Maya fears dying on the job but is equally terrified of losing herself if she quits. She is struggling and fears Carina will leave because of it. Andy, is her safe haven, but she's terrified Herrera will get herself killed proving her worth as captain. Meanwhile, Andy struggles to build her version of Station 19 while her personal life is nonexistent and generally miserable.
