It was just another day in Pinebrook Valley when shocking news broke: a local woman had vanished without a trace. The tranquility of the suburban town shattered as panic gripped the community. Soon after, another woman went missing, followed by a third, and then a fourth. It wasn't long before eight women were reported missing, with seven of them tragically found murdered. The FBI arrived to investigate the serial killer terrorizing the streets, but the case quickly went cold. Despite their best efforts, they couldn't uncover any substantial leads, and the killer seemed to vanish into thin air.
A decade passed, and whispers of the murders faded into folklore. The townspeople believed the killer had died, and what began as a chilling narrative transformed into urban legends-stories mothers told their children to keep them from wandering out late at night. Curfews were imposed, turning into rituals meant to protect the citizens of Pinebrook Valley.
