After discovering a cheerful ghost, Minako Arisato inside his beloved little sister, Yu and Minako made a pact in order to send Minako to heaven. Meanwhile, Ken is a highschool freshman and after all these years he still resents Minako's death. The source of her death is still unknown but he wants to change that. After given a chance to give himself a name in the shadow operatives, he transfers to Yasogami in order to make his investigation. 

They're persona days aren't over and it seems like all of them need to fight once more to protect what's precious to them.
