Tialha Erlen had nothing else to lose, that is what brought her to that hell house of a brothel in the first place. Her first year as an adventurer had not ended as well as she could have hoped. She had run away from her home in The Burrows. A massive underground chamber where her people called home, the rabbit folk of Erlen. However, she didn't want to just be some little bunny girl stuck underground or spending time in the tall grass. She knew nothing of this world, knew nothing of the horrors or of the true joys. She could learn to be a hero, like the rogue in her story books. She was 18 years old, a little firecracker of a girl. Tialha was certain that she was gonna be a hero. 
That was until she lost everything. Her money stolen, her attempts at small jobs at slaying beasts of burden left her injured and weak. Food from the garbage wasn't that bad. Her attempts to enter a card game left her in debt which she was still running from. No one wanted to hire a bunny girl, the humans in the city seemed to only care for their own. This brothel was her last chance to get the money she needed to try again. 
However, what she thought was her last chance became her second chance when an odd woman came in looking for companionship. She could see something in Tialha that she could not see in herself. So she gave her an offer, come with her and try again, or she could stay in this hell hole. She would be allowed to join one of the greatest guides known to the region. The Refuge. Not before taking a punishment for all her dumb choices in the last year.
