In the year 3054, Dr. Eobard "E" Mallery, a famous scientist and pioneer for mind bending innovations, Physical Holograms, Trans-Dimensional Travel, and the creator of the Time Wielder phenomenon. After coming to the conclusion that he could make a god on his own, instead of relying on a higher power (if there is one at all). He takes 27 people from different time periods, all with no real significance in history, and makes them all compete in a race, to see who is most deserving of this title, "God".
