In the distant future, a man on the run from an interplanetary gang manages to join the crew of quite an eccentric starship. His whole life is turned upside down as the crew takes part in odd jobs to make money and causes more chaos than he imagined. He must learn the ropes of being an outlaw, along with discovering the dark history of his family and the gang chasing him.
This story takes some inspiration from other sources, so some similarities are possible.
