Twenty-year-old Liora, a fiercely independent sorceress from the forgotten lands, has dedicated her life to studying the arcane arts, specializing in ancient prophecies. The other lands are set to bring war and destroy the forgotten lands due to the encroaching threat of dark forces rumored to be awakening there. The forgotten lands, often overlooked and scorned, possess a rich culture steeped in the lore of the Old Gods and arcane practices.

One day, Liora is visited by a mysterious wise man who reveals a century-old prophecy. He tells her she must go to Radiantia and marry one of the Altice brothers, though he does not specify which one. This prophecy, she later discovers, foretells that only the union of a sorceress of the arcane and a warrior of royal blood can prevent the rise of the Shadow King, an ancient evil poised to engulf Nedethgil in darkness. However, Liora faces a significant challenge: escaping the forgotten lands. The wise man suggests she use her magic to disguise herself.

The Altice brothers, heirs to the most powerful kingdom in all of Nedethgil, are seemingly beyond Liora's reach. She has nothing to offer but a prophecy from her land, which could very well be false. When Liora approaches the chosen brother, he is skeptical, especially since he is already in love with another and plans to marry her. In a world where magic is real and danger lurks in every shadow, can they unite their worlds and their hearts, or will the prophecy's curse consume them both?
