In the sprawling city of Goodman, investigative reporter, Rick Proscott is uncovering secrets in a case of mysterious disappearances. His finding lead him to join a top secret program known as S.E.D.A; Superhuman and Extraterrestrial Defense Agency. With this agency working on the same case Rick is, he learns of something much more sinister at play which has the potential to plunge humanity into a new age. Working with fellow agents Michael Arcturus and Steve Ottman, they must stop a threat that could destroy the human race.
