Monsters Within

In a world surrounded by all the horrific things humans have done to innocent people, you would think they are the only monsters that walk among us. Unfortunately, you would be wrong. Humans are vile but not as much as the creatures who disguise themselves as your worst fears from your past, present, and future. These monsters use your fears against you to torment and feed on you. If you can somehow survive an attack, you won't ever stop being hunted by these monsters. That is unless you can handle reliving your fears over and over. The creatures you once were taught are not real, are very real as long as you are afraid.

Nova Ford has a dark past that she wishes she could forget. She was beginning to start her life over in Ann Arbor with her father, where she was starting to feel safe. But when her mother called with the horrid news about getting cancer, Nova knew that she must go back to her childhood home, where her nightmare began.

While staying at her mother's home, Nova encounters a monster disguised as her stepfather. The man who hurt her when she was only twelve years old. This encounter turned Nova's world upside down as she discovered the world of monsters and the humans who hunt them to protect the victims of those lost in their fears.
