Jun Wu rubbed his temples and let out a sigh. His face was slowly turning red and he looked as though he was about to burst with rage at any moment. His skin tone was close in comparison to a tomato.

"Then why is he with you? No, why does he like you more than me? Why has he recognized you as his new owner?"

Mei NianQing took a moment to reply. He felt the rub of two cats along his legs and looked down to see two feline faces looking up at him with affection. Both purred in unison and Mei NianQing could feel the piercing glare of Jun Wu looking down at him. A shiver went up his spine, but he stood his ground and ignored the ticking time bomb that was in front of him.

"Perhaps, I have a better attitude. After all, children and pets always liked me more than you."

I walked to the rear of the loft, looking for the cat, still not seeing her. "Gucci, if you don't come out now, I'm leaving you up here." I glanced to the left, and then the right. Something caught my eye, and I climbed up onto a bale to see what it was. "What the hell..." There was a red glove stuck to one of the bales.
