Seventeen-year-old Valerie is a barista and a student at Fern-wood High School. Is she a troubled kid? I guess you can say that. Doing poor in classes, rotting in bed watching Tiktok, having no real hobbies, real fun stuff.
Her life flipped around after a mysterious wrinkly substitute teacher for science made her stay after class and put a spell on her. She was cursed.
She couldn't feel love, or happiness. It was all numb. The curse quickly spread out through the school. Friendships breaking, classmates turning against each other, and now even the school cafeteria food tasted bitter.
She looked and looked for the cure, but it was all about the "Kiss of Reversal". Valerie had to kiss the boy she despised most. A popular star athlete, Darius.
