Maya Hart is the girl who didn't care. The girl who'd seem to not notice much around her.
Her best friend was Riley Matthews. Riley has been dating Lucas Friar for weeks.
Maya and Riley have never hidden anything from each other. Atleast,that's what Riley
thinks. Maya,deep down, has had feelings for Lucas ever since the meet at the subway.
There has also been a moment where she regrets,but doesn't at the same time.
Unfortunately,the subway is where Riley and Lucas also first met. What will happen when an
unfortunate events of betrayals,lies,past and current heartbreaks and the truth comes to haunt them? Will
Maya be able to consist the truth? Or will she let it all out and face the consequences?

THE SEQUEL IS OUT Joshua Matthews is not related to Riley in this story, they just both have the last name because it's a common lasts name. Maya is the same person that she was in 7th and 8th grade. She got over Lucas because he chose Riley. Which helped her realize, that she didn't want to be in a couples relationship with him, she just wanted to be friends forever with him, riley and Farkle.
