What happens when a mishap in Sarge's "perfect" plan to kill the blues ends in a jump to a separate realm called Remnant, and they find some...odd things? Their only escape is to join a hunters academy called Beacon and learn how to learn their aura, and help a broken world find peace again.

(Happens between seasons 10 and 11 of RvB and after season 2 of RWBY, I know the lore is outdated but please remember it was written in 2015, over 7 years ago)

Remnant is a land full of legends and stories. Some are more popularly known such The Story of the Seasons and the legend of the Silver-Warriors. However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it? DISCLAIMER: I do not own RWBY or any of the pictures you may see in this book. All of them belong to Rooster Teeth and owners respectively. I only own the non-canon characters and changes to the plot and history of RWBY. There will be strong language and gore, so if you're easily offended, I recommend you to not read this book.
