TW: i am gonna say this now because i will not have warning on all the pages. thee pomes include graphic topics. some will include talk of sh, ed, suicide, anxiety, depression, and more. sleepless thoughts is a collection of handwritten poems by me. this are poems writing about different events in my life, and all at different points. if i had the dates for them i would include them, but unfortunately i do not have the dates. i want to one day hopefully make this a real book for people to be able to purchase, but this will do for now. i hope you enjoy and know if you are struggling with anything talked about in these poems, you are not alone. if you want you can leave a comment and we can find a way to get in touch and we can all help each other. i hope you enjoy.

This is a collection of poems written as a way to control a person's feelings; originally they were never intended to be seen by human eyes. This is written from the point of view of someone who struggles with emotional turmoil but feels they cannot tell others about it because their afraid it might drag them into the same torture they feel everyday. Depression is a serious thing that plagues our world and this is one of many ways it can affect a person. just some poems I wrote when I'm feeling low or in a dark place, my poems help me cope with my depression and other mental problems it also helps me from going all the way down in my dark times. these poems are dark, depressing and some have suicide in them, if you don't like poems like that I wouldn't recommend reading this. Poetry Of a Convoluted Mind
This is a small collection of poems that I have compiled over the years starting at age 15 stemming from my own personal experiences and observations of the world around me. I am hoping in the future for this to become a book. Trigger warning mentions of suicide, attempting suicide, self harm, addiction, OD, hanging, child abuse, depression, bullying, and psychological torture.
Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them.
