I woke up staring at the white ceiling, with my sister sleeping at the small couch beside my bed, and with a needle inserted in my wrist as IV fluids continuously dripped every minute into my blood stream. My head was aching, my heart pounded so hard it felt like it was hard to breath, and I didn't know what the hell was happening to my body. I prayed begging for all of this to be over until I fell asleep again. After almost a week in the hospital, I was discharged with a set of medicines to take for a month. It was a typical infection in the kidney. This experience, made me feel like it was the end for me and I was disappointed of who I was. I promised, if given one more chance, I will do better. That I am capable of something more than just who I was. Back to the industry world, the office; it was as if a thousand eyes looked through my soul with questions raised which never had the courage to ask me face to face. Despite this, I continued on with my job trying to finish what I left; a week worth of work. It was impossible for me to concentrate, I didn't have enough rest, and my heart continuously pounded. I knew I had to keep my promise, so I decided to start finalizing the requirements for my application as a student in a University in South Korea, one of the most beautiful countries in Asia. I knew I had to quit my job. So I did. It was a very hard decision for me, but I just had to. And this was the start of it all...

"Why are you watching me?" There was a grogginess in her tone that I found extremely alluring. I shouldn't be finding it alluring, I should be maintaining my professional position. "It's funny watching you try and stay awake," my eyes glanced over at her before returning to the road. I took an exit that led to my apartment. "Where are you taking me?" She sat up in the leather seat and watched as we came to a stop light. I hesitated, not even sure with myself if I really wanted to bring my seventeen year old student into my apartment. "I, Uh, figured I'd just let you crash at my apartment, considering all that's happened tonight." Her eyebrows furrowed together, "Uh, are you sure that's a good idea?"
