Summary:
Jess has just moved into her new house in Shinecreak, something about the townspeople is off putting and this town is said to be the happiest town. Jess's first friend is Ram R. Road a 25 year old that Jess really isn't too sure about having as her friend. She makes other friends as well but two of them are siblings they both wear masks all the time never taking them off, there are other people in the town who wear masks and everyone says "Don't take the mask off the masked people" without giving a reason to.
