Like a tender rain... Depression : A personnal journey of healinh with Christ
While I was writing this 70-pages of personnal journey (sorry about the lenght !), I asked myself: If I were still in that deeply depressed place- Would I have followed it all the way through to the end? My honest answer: Probably not. Even if i wanted so bad to heal. If you don't feel ready right now, save this and come back later. Don't let this become the 15th book on depression that you start and never finish. This will only spiraling down, and that's not the point. I'm a young Black woman and a Christian who battled with depression for many years. I often felt lost-emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I struggled to identify what I was feeling, understand where it came from, and find support that truly resonated with both my faith and my identity.
