I want to help others in their walk with God using the knowledge God has given me. So, if you're a Christian or someone who wants to explore Christianity more, this book is for you.

Sometimes life can get so hectic that we fail to stop, take a breath and just be still. For years I have been committed to having a quiet time each day where I read the Bible and talk to God about what is on my heart, which has been really wonderful but it just struck me today as I began my quiet time that I need to take more time to LISTEN when God is trying to speak to me. While I was writing this 70-pages of personnal journey (sorry about the lenght !), I asked myself: If I were still in that deeply depressed place- Would I have followed it all the way through to the end? My honest answer: Probably not. Even if i wanted so bad to heal. If you don't feel ready right now, save this and come back later.
