Ruby hearts where it takes during d2 is in the crew with uma, Harry, and Gill when mal comes back to the isle.

And she finds herself Ben's brother and Ben at the isle and takes them
to uma with excitement to let her know what she found..

She goes with Harry, to find the old VKS, who used to be her best
Friends before they had abandoned her on the isle all alone.
