In 2020, there is a nation called Parvatim. This nation is kept in check by special people that the government hire. These people can do anything from reading minds to picking all the the right decisions (even on tests). The government uses the powers of these people to spy, to check for information on terrorist attacks and criminals, and win wars. In this nation, there are a maximum of three people who have the powers of all. They have the burden of "The Knowledge of the Universe". These three are surrounded by darkness and truth. In overcoming the stuggles, these three people will gain the ability to utilize all their powers. That is, if they can stay alive long enough to overcome their struggles.
