One day a girl and a group of friends decide to go camping in the forest at Silver Lake somewhere up in North Dakota, in celebration of their college freshman year. The guys hoping for a hit on the girls and the girls wanting some tlc. But Rodney Winters, an everyday girl, was dragged their by a group of so called 'friends' for some partying. An unexpected chance encounter with a wild beast happens when she explores the woods alone. He shows her a whole new world the humans never knew existed hidden deep in the forest surrounding the mountains. A mysterious cave, dark evil magicians, faeries, ghouls and ghosts, adventure, and an unexpected romance between the two develops. She will have to escape the clutches of a one-sided love of an evil magic.
