A tarnished warrior seeks out the light of which his eyes are denied but to find a maiden who has no vision but can glimpse into this light. This is a gothic fantasy inspired retelling of an elden ring quest line. It follows the same beats but I tried to put my own creative spin as much as I could. The vibe was heavily taken from gothic poetry and gothic horror fantasy literature.

In a world teetering on the brink of ruin, a twisted plague spreads through the land, turning ordinary creatures into massive, mutated Beasts ferocious and deadly versions of animals, ruled by a sinister, godlike entity. The God of Beasts, a powerful force of corruption, seeks to conquer the world, spreading his influence through the blood of these monstrous creatures. Anyone who dares to touch the blood of a Beast becomes infected, doomed to transform into one themselves. Peter, a young knight with an unremarkable past, discovers that his lineage is far from ordinary. He is the great-grandson of a legendary Beast hunter, a man known for his uncanny ability to touch Beast blood without succumbing to its curse. With his grandfather's armor and sword passed down to him, Peter uncovers the dark legacy that binds him to the very creatures he despises. He is born with a rare gift: the power to touch Beast blood and remain human, a skill that marks him as both a weapon and a target in the war between mankind and the Beast god. As the world crumbles around him, torn apart by Beast invasions, political intrigue, and the rising threat of the God of Beasts' dominion, Peter is forced to confront the tragic past that shaped his bloodline. Haunted by the loss of loved ones and driven by vengeance, he sets out on a perilous journey to find the God of Beasts and end his reign of terror once and for all. But in a world where magic and warfare intertwine, and the line between man and monster grows ever more blurred, Peter's greatest challenge may lie not in the Beasts he must slay, but in the darkness that festers within himself. A tale of knights, ancient gods, and the fight for survival, Will Peter destroy the God of Beasts and save the world or will he become the very monster he was born to hunt?

"Arise now, ye Tarnished. Ye dead, who yet live. The call of long-lost grace speaks to us all!" It was a simple, yet grand purpose to those given a second chance by the Light of Grace. To become Elden Lord and claim the Elden Ring. Many would be emboldened by the flame of that ambition, and many more would perish at the hands of those who wished nothing more than to see the Tarnished dead. Such was the way things were in the Lands Between, shattered and fractured to the point of chaos between its residents. Only a select few would be guided by Grace, however only one would truly be gifted with something incredible. A gift that would render the physical well-being of a soul... unworried in the face of death. Yet the mind of that same individual would only be further damaged from it. So what did it mean to have true immortality? A blessing? Or merely a foul curse in disguise? One Tarnished warrior would grow bitter to it nonetheless, all the while cherishing the one gift he truly had. A friend. One he would do anything to protect, and one he would grow to love in spite of fate itself. This is an Elden Ring Two-Shot story; a Male reader X Melina story. The Curse Of Midnight

16 parts Ongoing

Elara's life was supposed to be simple-until the clock struck midnight on her eighteenth birthday. Now, every night, she is pulled from her bed and thrust into a strange world of endless masquerades, shifting realities, and cryptic messages. With no memory of how she got there or why, Elara is caught in an unbreakable curse, forced to relive the same haunting cycle over and over again. But in every new world, there's one constant: a man with storm-gray eyes. Alistair. He's both a stranger and someone Elara feels she's known forever, a person she's danced with, searched for, and lost a thousand times. Each night, he whispers words she doesn't fully understand-promises of a truth that's just out of reach. When a silver ring appears in her hand, Elara realizes that the curse is more than just a dream-it's a powerful force with a deeper connection to her than she ever imagined. As the truth behind her past and the curse begins to unravel, Elara must decide if she's willing to trust the mysterious man who haunts her dreams... or risk losing herself entirely to the darkness. Will she break the cycle before dawn, or will the curse of midnight claim her forever? -
