The 99th hunger games are coming up, and Finnick and Annie's daughter Mags is excited to volunteer. She's been told her whole life it's to bring honor to her district. When things don't go as planned during the reaping, she begins to question the honor of an event that will pit her against her own brother in a fight to the death.
