In an ancient Greek fable, a crow looking for food finds a snake sleeping in the sun and grabs it, but the snake kills the crow with its sting. The moral of the story is that good fortune may not be what it seems.
"A Serpent's Feathers" is a Gay MLM story about two men, Kolt and Alex, who meet in a tattoo session and suddenly fall in love. Kolt, appearing as a nice guy, is cold but obsessive, Abusive, and good at making it vauge. Kolt wants love and attention so bad, but he's willing to pull it out of anything and anyone. He'll strip them of their love and affection, Take what he wants, then leave them there to rot. he has no concept of real love and care. He just wants what he can get, because he's a masculine gay man and the people around him don't seem to want anything to do with it. Kolt seems like a good guy, until he isn't.
Alex, though he's smaller, he's still a just as determined man. (for those of you who wonder, yes, he's a little femboy twink.) Alex DOES have the concept of genuine love and affection, but he loves too much. He knows things that others don't, notices thing that nobody else ever bothers to care about. he gets obsessed easily, and once he's in, he wont stop. He longs for love, he lays there acting helpless and vulnerable. approachable. Looks as if he means no harm to others.
He's a good guy to what meets the eye.
until he isn't.

Before you read the description of my book, I want to give a few quick disclaimers. The first one is that most of the chapters aren't very long, so the 60 chapters isn't as intimidating to read as it may seem. Second, my story does include the following things that some people may be uncomfortable reading. Cursing/Swearing. Violence, Sex Jokes, Homophobia, And child abuse. Specifically, Name calling, a few things thrown at the child, and scenes with violance against teens)I would give examples directly from the book that would make more sense, but I don't want to give any spoilers for future. I also wanted to say that there isn't anything like sex scenes or suicide, but this isn't for kids either. I won't be using the mature rating because it is not directly made for adults, or young kids. Again, it all depends on what you are aloud to read, or what you are comfortable with reading.
