After joining a search party for the missing people in your town you're scared off by the town drunk and find yourself in a dangerous situation involving the Cottonwood brothers. One of them seems to be nicer than the other but will that last? They're both hiding something from you and it's not the creatures they've mutated to kill.

Didn't have much to go off of in the game so I just changed a few things to make it applicable for an X reader fan fiction :)
Changed i made so far:
• Their last name is Cottonwood because that was the name of their farm anyway
• Jackson isn't as crazy religious as I made William
• Jackson believes that the green heart is a parasite and not of God
•William is bipolar and suffers from depression and anxiety 
• Jackson suffers from depression and anxiety 
• Their father was abusive and they were never taught how to clean up after themselves
• Jackson looks up to William and sees him as a father figure since their actual father sucked
