Jaded from life as an adult, Sarada longs for her childhood friend Boruto to be in her life again. Her regrets of leaving her happy childhood behind, leads her to meeting a mysterious toy maker that gives her a porcelain doll holding a music box that resembles her.
Toy Maker warns her turning on the music box the doll holds would make her deepest heart's desires come true. There's only one condition:
She must come to terms with her past regrets and move on. If she doesn't, she'll end up stuck in a loop that would repeat every event in her life, full of her regrets.
