Officer recently was promoted to becoming a detective after taking down an organization of terroists. The detective is assigned with a new partner a forensics scientist becoming to an officer but when they go on there first case everything go's darker and down hill. They find themselves finding out too much about the people they work with and catch themselves in the apocalypse/ blackout. A new organization terroists group hunts them down in the apocalypse and they find familiar faces.
