The sweltering summer heat did little to deter the crowds of eager tourists that constantly thronged around the building site. Their eyes gleamed with excitement as they eagerly watched the team of architects and engineers meticulously oversee the construction of what would soon become the new city landmark. Amongst them was a young, wide-eyed intern, her heart pounding with anticipation and her palms sweaty with nervous anticipation.
