Is The World Supposed to Be Black and White?

You've always had the same routine, and everything you ever needed throughout the course of your life. You always knew that life had twists, turns and the unexpected, but that never happened to you. You always had to strive for the best. Always number one. You just need to, just to get some attention, even for a second, so you can be acknowledged by someone. To surpass your brother is all you need, or that's what they always have been saying. It's too late for you to experience good things, anyway. You live in a cycle. It's all the same, no matter what. The whole world is black and white. You've entirely forgotten what colour and warmth really felt like, and you envy those who experience it every day.

Of course that was all before you met them. Two people, complete opposites to you and to each other, became people who supported you, even if it was difficult to understand.

But you, more than anyone, knows that feeling never stays for long...
