When Heaven's Higher ups receive news that Hell's own Princess Charlie MorningStar has started a project of rehabilitating Sinner's in her Hazbin Hotel, they've decided to order Adam to pick out an angel of his choosing to send to Hell to observe the hotel and project. Adam chooses Y/N L/N a male angel that has proven himself time again of being a great asset to Heaven as both a warrior and angel, and so Y/N is sent to hell to become a Guest at the Hotel to observe the hotel's progress and inhabitants to determine if the hotel and project is worth Heaven's approval and that if a sinner can be redeemed. he joins the hotels guest and staff such as Charlie, Vaggie, Angel dust, Alastaor, Husk, Niffty and more to come. will the hotel be able to prove that sinner can be redeemed or could the hotel change Y/N for better or worse.
