Futureseer, a dragonet who has a love for exploration and discovery, had always wondered what the world was like outside the Night Kingdom - eventually "semi-living" out in the forest on his own. His brother, Silverthought, had mysteriously vanished one day from the NightWing Queen, Moondancer's grasp.

Futureseer always wondered what happened. The young NightWing always had many questions, seeking the truth. Not too long ago, he saved a young dragonet who turned out to be the daughter of Nightroar and Emerald. Troubles had swirled around them, but together, they managed to make it out.

But along the way, they discovered a possible world-ending prophecy; a great evil who may take over all the kingdoms. Futureseer needs to find one of the Twilight Stars, the prophecy's talismans. Adventures and discoveries wait ahead of them, new possibilities he never thought could happen. But, will Futureseer be able to find a Twilight Star in time before all is too late?

If you haven't read the books yet, this might be a bit confusing because this takes place first in book six and takes some information from book 7.
