And some, well some are all 4. These people are at the mercy of the world and rarely, if ever, get even a chance to climb to the top. And that is simply how the world works.
Now, if enough people band together, they can overthrow those who have the monopoly on power. This happened in the final disc war. But what if it hadn't?
Dream had the teens cornered but in this world, no reinforcements arrived. So dream won. And that is simply how the world works.
