War with nuclear weapon and bomb can no longer be avoided when war occurs causing the human population to dwindle and the entire world to experience extraordinary destruction to the point that even oxygen becomes a poison to breathe.
It was a chaotic time and a major change to the world.
However, thanks to human intelligence, they created a large Kingdom with a dome system that protected humans from poisonous gas and radioactive impacts from nuclear bombs that fell throughout the world.
It looks like a very beautiful future city.
But, is it really nice beautiful Kingdom with Metro Mefilia name?

A person in military uniform gave plain bread and water to the red-haired man who had handsome features.
The man smiled and took the bread.
Akabane Ray.
That is the name that will bring new history to this destroyed world.
