Working part time as an informant and on-call investigator,  Emile gets herself in some tricky situations.  Coming into contact with a few blood-thirsty criminals now and again is just par for the course.  What Emile didn't expect was to actually sympathise - and maybe even develop feelings for one.  

 She knows she's being manipulated,  but for what she gets out of it,  maybe she could delay the investigation just a little longer...
