17-year-old Hinata Fukumoto has never smiled in six months. Ever since he lost both his legs and parents to a car accident, his life has never been the same. One day he wakes up in the abandoned ruins of a hospital. He finds that zombies have arrived at this place. Fortunately, a teenage girl with mystical powers comes and saves him. Hinata and his friends (or foes) go through a bunch of hijinks to stop whoever's behind this.
