This story takes place 5 years after the incident of Tenko Kikuchi betrayal of the Raiden Shogun (Raiden Shogun Lactation Oddsey). Tenko's betrayal has been successfully defeated by the Raiden Shogun, and Tenko's authoritarian era has ended, as has the Celestial Disease that requires Raiden's milk.
