A girl who was born in the world and neglected by her family, and constant bad childhood experience and bullied led the girl into hatred of pirates loathing them and became a marine at age 11.


 years later, Jen a who was promoted as vice admiral at age 20, 4 years later then met a bunch of rookie pirates from east blue that came to Arabasta. At first she thought they would be like the pirate's she encountered before but they're different, because of their captain. Monkey D Luffy, a young lad who dream to be the pirate king and be free, makes Jen want to be on his side and help him achieve that dream.

Because of him, everything she thought was impossible, he could make it possible as long she believes in it and keep trying till it was achieved.
