The brutal way in which Angels are forced to fall, tying them down to rip off their wings and then dragging down their halos to permanently encircle their necks, all those sentenced to exile are forced to face. Once you leave you may not come back unless ordered to. 

America, an Angel forced to become one with the Fallen, was gifted to opportunity to re-enter and integrate back into the Angelic Society. Something no Fallen Angel has been able to do. Him and a small group of other Fallen Angels, as well as his found brother, a Demon, became a part of a government run program to see if reintegration was even possible.
The small group have no choice but to put up with the insistent bulling and borderline terrorism from the students at an all Angel academy.
Some of the Fallen fell once again, in a better way this time.

It consisted of the ruler known as The Divine, The Counselor of Security, The Counselor of Agriculture, The Counselor of Technology, The Counselor of Education, The Counselor of History, The Counselor of Ecology, The Counselor of Health, The Counselor of Religion, and The Counselor of Economy. Together they were able to rebuild everything and although they had to restart, they never gave up and pushed forward, making the society we know now. As years went by, they got older and decided every 60 years all who turn 18 that year will have to take an exam. Then depending on their knowledge of a certain topic, they will be put into classes and be monitored for 5 years while learning the field of their choosing. With a special section for The Divine, for they had to take all the courses. The only catch would be once you had chosen what you would be studying, you could no longer change it. Anyone could take the places, gender and sexuality were not an issue. When the 5 years are up, 2 students with the highest grades from each section will be chosen, except in the case of The Divine. The work load to support an entire country can be hard on one person so that is why they had chosen to pick two people so that the work was divided, they were on equal footings. This year was when the new candidates were being chosen and it was during my lifetime. Will Mia be able to get through her hardships in one piece or will it be a walk in the park?!

COMPLETE Description: Andy, Jinxx, Ashley, CC and Jake were disfavored angels in Heaven for thousands of years. They didn't have the gentle grace and calm demenor that angels do; they were defiant, ruthless, and far to eager for battle. After the Angels had a scuffle with the fire Lords, whose realm was not as calm as Heaven, Andy and the other four damanded that they fight and "show those candle sticks an angel's true power!" They were promptly cast down to earth. The Elder's conferred with the Lord, and all came to the agreement that they no longer had the purity of heart to belong in Heaven any longer. Stripping them of their powers and practical immortality, the Lord cast them out the gates and struck them to earth, where they could see the horrors of war they so desired. Their wings turned black as they fell and became earth bound, unable to fly again. They crashed in an open field, far outside the city, creating large craters from the impact of speed. As they lay, unconscious and bleeding, the last bit of God-like resistance and healing genes faded from them, leaving them good as human, except for the large black wings that they could bring out at will. You live far off in the country, and are a lover of nature and quiet. This warm spring morning, your usual walk in the fields behind your house takes you to the discovery you thought quite impossible to make.
