(is a Todo fam story. also spoilers in description so if you have not read/watch season 6 or the dabi reveal then go watch/read it first.) so one day while dabi/Touya is walking down an alley way getting ready to get some new recruits for the league of villains when all the sudden something changes. he's all the sudden shorter and his hands are way smaller and his clothes have gotten so big. he keeps walking wonder why he feels so weird until he looks at his reflection in a window and sees that he is no longer an adult!? he has white hair and his scars are all gone he is shorter and smaller and looks a lot younger. he looks just like he did when he was a kid. how did this happen!? he freaks out and doesn't know what to do. and then all the sudden he hears a familiar voice behind him....

So I'm probably not going to get the answer I want from the Manga and this whole thing is a creation of my own on the 'lost years' of Touya Todoroki. This is him living on the streets before he becomes Dabi/BlueFlame, UP UNTIL THE LAST FEW CHAPTERS OF THE MANGA. And his life he creates for himself before he faces off with is father. -Slight spoilers but I kinda just breeze past them so unless you KNOW then you know- I personally think he's a redeemable character (AKA I'm simping so hard that I am justifying mass murder) and I really feel like we aren't going to dive into that whole messy business. "I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
