Never forget that you are gifted.

The shadows of people are humans' true selves, they speak of blunt truths and secrets. Even if Valerie has no desire to acknowledge their existence alongside the mysterious phantoms lurking in the forest, a gift from God should be used for the best result. That's what her best friend, Nora, believes-and what she wants her to believe, too.

They delve into Elysian City's mysteries as the CSI Club's members and reach out to those who need help as private investigators, as a form of using Valerie's ability for good. She hears everyone, everyone but Nora's shadow. Was her best friend too bright to have a deep secret hidden behind her back? She as the Silhouette Teller should've known better, yet she needs the Golden Arrow to guide her.

Gold is a precious metal, arrows serve as indicators of direction. It surprisingly directs the teller to narrate stories, while acting as a conduit for the secrets and truths that lie beneath the surface-revealing those hidden beneath the silhouettes.

Maybe this time it will be able to lead itself to the light of truth.
