Things only get worse when he's up for Head Cardio Healer of his department, but his rogue reputation leaves his chances slim. Assuring his boss he's changed he's got to find his fiancee he now 'has'.
When Hermione Granger faints with signs of a Heart issue, ideas are swirling in Draco's head that he fully intends to act upon at his earliest convenience.
Hermione Granger has been crushing on Draco Malfoy for an embarrassingly long amount of time. Her love life leaves a lot to be desired, so she's thrown herself head first into her career at MOA (Magical Orphans Association). Her pride and joy to help Magical children regardless of their blood status, that have been displaced after the war in whatever capacity they need.
It's almost enough for her to forget the curst that Dolohov slung at her at the Dept Of mysteries all those years ago is slowly killing her. That is until Draco Malfoy finds out and becomes determined to heal her.
Can she keep her feelings in check after he begs her to pose as his fiancee/wife? Or will she fall head over heels for the most eligible bachelor?
