Amara Pradeep is a rising freshman in college ready to start her new life in Hawaii. Summer just started and things in her new life got complicated. With an ideal meet cute, she falls away from the boy she met on her first day. His name is Milo Manheim. Instead, things get messy when she goes out with another actor who happens to be in the area, Jack Champion. How will she juggle the two boys who have a rivalry that goes beyond her? How does she resist the obvious tension she has with Milo, the boy that she is not supposed to have? How does all of this affect her mentally when she tries to fit into this new world while she gets ready for the rest of her life?
