Tommy had always been obsessed with the things no one could understand. He would sit in-front of his parents fireplace for countless hours, seemingly trying to come up with answers for the universe's great mysteries.
But those days are over now, there is no warm fireplace, no welcoming house and no loving parents.
Tommy's life went downhill after the worst blizzard his town had seen in years. His house was destroyed and his parents were buried six feet under the snow covered ground.
He had no desire to solve all those problems. The answers didn't matter when no one would listen to them.
Soon Tommy found that nothing surprised him anymore, nothing interested him. If you handed him the answers to his childhood mysteries for free he would simply say "Give it to the next person."
His old life was gone
And so we're his questions.

Tommy's home is one of the many casualties of this ongoing war he knows nothing about. This not pog to say the least. But as least he can do whatever he wants being one of the only survivors and all right? Wrong! But hey now it's his job to figure out what the heck is going on and find someone who can help him. A young blonde boy wakes up in the middle of the forest. He can't remember how he got there or much about himself either. His name is blank from his mind, and he can't even remember his family. His clothes are torn and dirty, and he wonders what happened. He's not hungry, but he wants a small snack, yet every apple tree and every berry bush he passes doesn't strike his fancy. He eventually makes it to a city. Large buildings are fallen over and the ones still standing have busted out windows and/or have smoke and fire coming from them. He can hear distant screams and yells and gunshots. There are people passing him that are strange. They're badly injured and walk slightly hunched over. Some are missing limbs, and some are missing and eye, or both. They don't even appear to be alive to the boy. They look his way but don't mind him. Tommy is confused and scared. He can slightly remember this place to be his once home, and it makes him upset that's it's gone to such shit, and scared by everyone's screams and the fires and the fighting, and mostly, the fact that some people are eating each other. Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to. Tommy is skeptical about these "beasts" that the kingdom is oh-so frightened about, so he sets out during the night, full of curiosity, to see if they're real, or just a myth. But you know what they say. "Curiosity killed the cat." Or in this case, "Curiosity killed the kid." But does he die? Maybe not. Are some of those "wicked beasts" actually nice if they're even real? Tommyinnit gets in trouble in class one day and sent to Professor Puffy's office. However, the last thing Tommy expected was the zombie apocalypse to arise in the middle of class. What the heck was Tommy meant to do? He was stuck with this stranger named Ranboo and is separated from his brother, Wilbur. So not only was that bad enough, the zombies kept whispering things to him. But no one else could hear it. Was Tommy going insane? Or were the zombies trying to tell him something?
