Deep down Caiden had always known that she and Dane would never last. She had always clung on to the small hope that maybe he would love her more than his first love; although, even though he tried, it was still hard to watch him lie to himself every time Sara came around.. and even then, Caiden still couldn't help but hate herself for not being able to be who she thought Dane needed.
