When Ink is exploring the au's, he stumbles upon a new au where he meets a new friend named Nightmare. The both of them create a close bond, and Nightmare explains how the villagers mistreats him and how they treasure Dream. Ink knew Dream for awhile, but Dream never mentions Nightmare. However, one day he comes across a new particular type of Sans. A very colorful one. He feels something he hasn't felt for years. Freedom. Once Nightmare finds out, it's not pretty. Killer was his most loyal worker. So he decided he had to end this "friendship." The question Killer asks is, why? "Why do you need me to feel nothing? Why do you want me to be a part of your crew? You always tell me how useless I am. If I'm so useless, why do you need me?" Nightmare couldn't give him an answer.
