This story's events goes around a girl who was kidnapped when she was just an infant, and both her parents were murdered by mad scientists that worked for an unknown villainous man. She was tortured- scratch that what she experienced was traumatizing for a baby, they took her as a lab rat and ran tests on her. They enhanced her quirk when she turned four and made her a lethal weapon by creating the first quirk made by man in a six year old body. Thankfully she ran away and escaped, she was saved and right now under surveillance from the HSPC since she can't control the created quirk. 

After knowing her parents' cause of death, she vowed she'd never let any child to experience what she went through and that's why she wanted to become a hero. To save children, and adults from villains... Yea and to also put an end to this corrupted hero society. 

While she was on the path of becoming a hero, she stumbled upon a spikey blond who had the same motives and a rivalry erupted. 

What would happen between those two? Will they eventually accept the other? Or will a competitive aura surround them?
