The Kingdom of Eripio was a large and powerful domain. It's Royal capital of Divinatos housed some of the most important people of society, including the Royal Belamonte family.

When Aurelia is taken by her real father at age eight to Divinatos, she is taught that her live in the peasant village of Palais was the complete opposite of the lavish life style Noblemen lived.

When two brothers begin to vie for Aurelia's hand in marriage she quickly realizes Debutante balls, tea parties, and horseback riding are not her biggest struggles. Tested with the choice between her own happiness and her honor, Aurelia must find herself to break the cycle of complacency that the women of high society had endured.
