Kawasaki is gearing up to introduce a new retro-style motorcycle in Japan's quarter-litre segment named the W230. This model follows the design philosophy of Kawasaki's W series, showcasing a classic aesthetic.

It features a minimalist design with a circular LED headlight, dual analogue gauges complemented by a digital display, and several chrome accents on elements like the headlight bezel, exhaust pipes, and handlebars.

The motorcycle predominantly sports a white color scheme with a black stripe on the fuel tank and a two-tone seat cover. It rides on chrome-finished spoke wheels, enhancing its vintage appeal.

While specifics about its engine remain undisclosed, speculation suggests a 233cc single-cylinder engine similar to the KLR230. The suspension includes gaitered telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks, while braking is handled by front and rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.
