Renowned detective Luca Montal decides to stop working as a detective and move to another city. He has to part ways with his closest friend and assistant, Enzo Rosie. After that, Enzo begins investigating a crime with John Smith, who has recently arrived in Italy. Solving the crime turns out to be more difficult than they thought, and Enzo calls on his old friend Luca for help. Luca comes to assist and starts investigating the crime, joined by his assistant and other police officers. As a result, John, feeling overshadowed, decides to help the gang responsible for the crime in a bid for revenge.
