In a time not so distant and recent after the 2008 financial crisis, three people end up crossing their paths, including a retired thief, a street gangster and a mentally insane guy. 

Together the three get involved in a series of troubles and robberies throughout Los Santos, in addition to having made many enemies and needing to eliminate them in order to come out alive at the end of it all.
