When Jayda Stroud finds herself in the town of Hertfordshire, she didn't expect to make friends, or even acquittance with Thomas Brodie-Sangster.
Thomas is a person so sure of himself, but when he meets Jayda Stroud, his world is 'turned upside down'. He doesn't know what Jayda does to him, but he likes it. A lot.
Will the past in which Jayda is running from haunt her, possibly follow her, or will she successfully hide away from it? Find out in 'A Lost Cause'.

An Open Sky

57 parts Complete

After witnessing the tragic death of her mother, Alexa hasn't quite been the same. On top of that, she's unwillingly moved to a small town in Montana where she meets Jay, who makes her feel more than welcome. Many strange things happen when she's around him, and it's obvious he's trying hard to cover up a shady past. She then encounters a strange boy, who gives her several warnings about Jay and his past. Who should she trust? The boy who's made her feel at home and safe? Or the one who seems to be stalking her, but his warnings seem all-too-real? For Aidan, Jay's past is too close for comfort. Jay's past is his reality. They were close, too close. And Jay betrayed him. He wasn't going to let that happen again. He wasn't going to let another innocent person suffer. Not again. Memories from his past haunt him. They dictate everything he does and everything he will do to save her. He has nothing to lose, and will stop at nothing to see her live. Problem is, his relationship with her might prove to be more than he can handle. He vowed he would never love again...but how much power does a vow hold over a person?
